  3. We'll verify the details with you to customize your contract
  4. We can arrange a meet and greet or phone meeting to discuss any other details and to get to know each other better!
  5. Receive and sign your e-contract
  6. Pay any deposits online or via credit card, cash or check to secure your date
  7. You're all booked!

*A non-refundable retainer fee will be required to hold your wedding date.
The fee will be applied to the total balance of your booking
​ and the remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your wedding date.
*Sales Tax Information
No sales tax will be applied to the wedding collection price, as state law only requires sales tax on tangible property being sold, not the cost of doing service or digital products being sold. Should any albums or additional products be purchased a la carte, Illinois state sales tax will be applied to those orders.

 *We are willing to travel at any location to make your special occasion memorable!  A travel fee will be quoted on an individual basis.
*Within 30 miles of Des Plaines, Illinois, there is no cost.  After 30miles, there is a $0.51 per mile traveled to and from destination. 
 Miles will be calculated using Google Maps.
*Client is responsible for all parking costs and/or hotel costs.
